Flash Crabcake Co can bring the crabcakes directly to your function from our mobile platform. Our NSF certified custom kitchen is capable of serving hundreds, or thousands of our similar cakes to you. There’s no job too large— at full capacity we can cook 125 crabcakes every 22 minutes, and the average Flash Fan gets served in 7-17 seconds.
